风电场功率预测系统运行可靠性和预测精度提升的实践 被引量:4

摘要 随着风能、太阳能的大规模开发,新能源在能源供应中占比越来越大,功率预测系统对于电网和风力发电企业的作用也越来越重要。功率预测为电网调度和安全运行提供了技术支撑,因此提高风功率预测系统运行的可靠性和预测精度显得愈发重要。从风功率预测系统的硬件、软件2个维度,按照硬件设备维护管理、数据质量控制和预测模型优化等几个方面,阐述了如何在理论和实际中提升风电场风功率预测系统的可靠性和预测精度。 With the large-scale development of wind and solar energy,new energy accounts for more and more of the energy supply.Power forecasting system plays an increasingly important role in power grid and wind power enterprises.Power forecasting provides technical support for power grid dispatching and safe operation,so it is more and more important to improve the reliability and accuracy of wind power forecasting system operation.From two dimensions of hardware and software of wind power forecasting system,it elaborates how to improve the reliability and forecast accuracy of wind power forecasting system in theory and practice according to hardware equipment maintenance management,data quality control and forecast model optimization.
