5406放线菌对西瓜的促生作用及对西瓜枯萎病的防控 被引量:5

The Growth Promoting Effect of 5406 Actinomycetes on Watermelon and the Control of Watermelon Fusarium Wilt

摘要 为研究5406放线菌菌剂对西瓜幼苗以及对西瓜枯萎病的防治效果,采用平板对峙试验测定抑菌活性,通过盆栽和大田试验做进一步的研究。结果表明,5406放线菌菌剂对西瓜幼苗有明显促生作用,株高、茎粗、鲜重与干重含量较对照显著增加;与接种西瓜枯萎病病原菌(F1)相比显著降低发病率,且孢子量为5×108 cfu/g的0.5 g 5406放线菌菌剂处理效果最好,防治效果可达60.44%,其基施和灌根处理组田间防效可达62.12%,且5406放线菌和粉红螺旋聚孢霉(GR02)复配菌剂防治效果可达68.24%。综上,5406放线菌对西瓜幼苗有明显的促生作用,并可有效抑制西瓜枯萎病。 In order to study the effect on watermelon seedlings and its control effect on watermelon fusarium wilt,the antibacterial activity was determined by tablet confrontation experiment,and further study was carreied out by pot experiment and field experiment.Results showed that 5406 actinomycetes had obvious growth promoting effct on watermelon seedlings,and the plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,and dry weight increased compared with the control,significantly.The incidence was significantly lower than that the control of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum(F1),and the best treatment effect was 0.5 g 5406 actinomycetes with spore volume of 5×108 cfu/g,and the control effect of watermelon fusarium wilt was up to 60.44%.The field control effect of base application and root irrigation was up to 62.12%,and the control effect of 5406 actinomycetes combination with Clonostachys rosea(GR02)on watermelon fusarium wilt was up to 68.24%.In conclusion,5406 actinomycetes has an obvious growth promoting effect on watermelon seedlings and can effectively inhabit fusarium wilt of watermelon.
