摘要
为明确不同温度磁化水对水泥净浆流变性的影响,用不同温度的磁化水拌制水泥净浆,采用旋转流变仪进行流变性能测试,得到了水泥净浆流变性能变化规律。实验结果表明,温度升高,水泥净浆屈服应力增大,塑性黏度减小。水经过磁化处理,表面张力减小,30℃时减小最多,减小15.74%。相比较于普通水搅拌的水泥浆体,用磁化水搅拌的水泥净浆的屈服应力增大,塑性黏度先增大后减小。磁化组的水泥浆体Zeta电位低于普通组,水化热高于普通组,证明磁化处理使得水泥浆体初期水化更加充分;触变环面积变化规律与塑黏度变化规律一致。
In order to determine the influence of magnetized water at different temperature on the rheology of cement paste,the cement paste was mixed with magnetized water at different temperature,and the rheological properties were tested by rotary rheometer.The experimental results show that with the temperature rising,the yield stress of cement paste increases and the plastic viscosity decreases.When the water is magnetized,the surface tension decreases,and the maximum decrease is 15.74%at 30℃.Compared with the cement paste mixed with ordinary water,the yield stress of the cement paste stirred with magnetized water increases,the plastic viscosity increases at first and then decreases.The zeta potential of the cement paste in the magnetized group is lower than that in the ordinary group,and the heat of hydration is higher than that in the ordinary group,which indicates that the magnetization treatment makes the initial hydration of the cement paste more fully.The thixotropic ring area change law is consistent with the plastic viscosity change law.
