摘要
基于2015年中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查数据,应用Logit模型和边际效应,分析居住环境对老人跌倒风险的影响。结果表明,当老年人的住房有问题时,其跌倒风险、跌倒就医风险、在家跌倒的风险均显著上升,其中地面过滑、门槛绊脚/地面不平和没有扶手等三种情况最为显著;在有室内厕所的情况下,即使厕所存在问题,跌倒风险也会降低;房屋年代久,房屋类型为平房,社区道路照明良好均会降低老年人跌倒风险。建议通过对老年人居住的室内环境、建筑和社区进行适老化改造,降低老年人的跌倒风险。
Based on 2015 SSAPUR data,this study applied Logit model and marginal effect analysis to analyze the living environmental risk factors for falls in older adults.The results show that:if there are problems with the houseof the elderly,the risk of falling,the risk of medical treatment,and the risk of falling at home had all increased significantly.Among these housing problems,slippery ground,stumbling threshold,uneven ground and no handrails,are the most significant.If there is an indoor toilet,the risk of falls will be reduced even if there is a problem with the toilet.The fall risk of the elderly will be reduced if the houses are old,the house type is bungalow or the community roads are well lit.Fall-proofing the indoor environment,buildings and communities where the elderly live can reduce the risk of falls for the elderly.
