论校训文化的育人功能--基于山西某高校的调查

On the Educational Function of School Motto Culture——Based on the Investigation of a University in Shanxi Province

校训不仅是学校办学理念和办学目标的综合体现,也是校园文化建设的重要内容,肩负着重要的育人功能。本文以山西某高校在校生和部分毕业生为调查对象,通过对问卷和电话采访结果的统计与分析,旨在研究校训文化在思想政治教育中的育人功能,就如何开展行之有效的校训教育,更好地增强育人功能展开探讨并提出具体的建议和对策。

The school motto is not only a comprehensive embodiment of the educational philosophy and objectives,but also an important content of the campus culture construction,which shouldering the responsibility of educating students.Taking the students and some graduates of a university in Shanxi province as the investigation object,the paper,based on the analysis of the results of questionnaire survey and telephone interview,the author aims to study the educational function of school motto culture in ideological and political education and discusses how to carry out effective school motto education and better enhance the educational function so as to put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures.
