摘要
目前WTO对有利于环境项目的例外情况,需要相对纯粹的环境动机才能获得豁免,不接受以发展为重点的补贴。可再生能源补贴具有环境效益,应该像对待所有其他工业补贴一样对待,但WTO缺乏关于可再生能源的具体协定。
The current WTO exceptions to environmentally friendly projects require a relatively pure environmental motivation to be exempt from development-focused subsidies.Renewable energy subsidies are environmentally sound and should be treated like all other industrial subsidies,but the WTO lacks specific agreements on renewable energy.
