摘要 随着旅游经济的发展,大型游乐场受到游客的欢迎,如何在有限的时间里游玩更多更好的项目,做到时间、效益最大化。针对此问题,以某大型游乐场的实际数据为基础,首先预测了当日的客流量,并对排队时间进行了研究,然后研究游客的游玩路线规划问题,路线规问题分为3个部分,分别为项目评价、项目选择、游玩顺序确定。根据项目的特征如人数、收费、等待等建立了基于层次分析法的项目顾客满意度评价模型;进一步根据上述提供的满意度最大化作为优化目标,游玩时间作为限制条件建立了基于多元线性规划的项目选择模型,得出最大满意度的项目选择;最后定义了项目游玩的平衡指标,将上述项目选择结果建立相关的图论模型,确定了游客路线规划模型,并通过遗传算法得出类旅行商的具体游玩顺序。 With the development of tourism economy,large playgrounds are welcomed by tourists.How do we play more and better projects in a limited time to maximize time and benefits?In response to this problem,based on the actual data of a large play-ground,this article first predicted the passenger flow on the day,studied the queue time,and then studied the tourist route planning problem.The route regulation problem is divided into three parts.They are determined for project evaluation,project selection,and play order.Based on the characteristics of the project such as the number of people,charges,waiting,etc.,a customer satisfaction evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process was established;based on the maximum satisfaction provided above as the optimization goal,and the playing time as the constraint,the project selection model based on multiple linear programming is estab-lished,and the project selection model with maximum satisfaction is obtained.Finally,the balance index of project play is defined.The above project selection results are used to establish a relevant graph theory model,the tourist route planning model is deter-mined,and a class of travel salesman is obtained through genetic algorithms.
