新时代我国校园足球治理研究——现实困境与破题之策

Research on the Governance of Campus Football in the New Era--Practical Difficulties and Solutions

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,发现新时代校园足球治理是体育治理现代化下足球项目体制改革的需要,同时也是政府、学校与市场多元主体协同治理的创新表现。但目前存在主体发展不均衡、制度供给不充足、运行机制不完善等困境,提出精治、共治、善治、法制等破解之策。

This paper,by means of literature review and logical analysis and found that the governance of campus football in the new era is the need of system reform under the modernization of social governance,and it is also the innovative performance of the collaborative governance of government,school and market.But at present,there are some difficulties,such as unbalanced devel-opment of the main body,insufficient supply of the system,imperfect operation mechanism and so on.It puts forward some solu-tions,such as precise governance,co-governance,good governance and legal system.
