On the Development Dilemma,Construction Path and Management Innovation of Sports Social Organizations

以体育社会组织管理概况为研究基点,针对我国体育社会组织面临的发展不平衡、内在管理制度落后、功能和地位异化、政府管理理念滞后等问题进行深入分析,针对体育社会组织管理上出现的规制缺位状况设计建设路径,并尝试性地提出体育社会组织新型管理模式,为体育社会组织的科学化发展提供理论支撑和实践依据。

This article takes the development of mass sports social organizations as a research base,and analyzes the develop-ment imbalances faced by mass sports social organizations,backward management systems,alienated functions and status,and lag-ging government management concepts.The design of the lack of regulation design and construction path,and proposed a new man-agement model of mass sports social organizations,to provide theoretical support and practical basis for the scientific development of mass sports social organizations.
