随着经济全球化的深入,中国企业也在努力寻求高效的管理模式,而财务共享模式受到越来越多企业的重视和推崇,得到了极大的发展。文章以某国有大型企业集团实施财务共享服务中心为例,对财务共享服务中心建设背景、建设中所面临的困难以及解决措施进行了思考和总结,以期能够为其他企业建设共享服务中心提供参考。

With the development of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises are also trying to seek efficient management mode,and the financial shared service mode is valued and respected by more and more enterprises,and greatly developed.Taking the implementation of financial shared service center of a large state-owned enterprise group as an example,this paper thinks about and summarizes the construction background,difficulties and solutions of financial shared service center,in the hope of providing reference for other enterprises to build a shared service center.
