兵团红色文化资源融入大学生思政课教学的实践探究

The Practical Exploration of Integrating XPCC Revolutionary Cultural Resources into College Students'Ideological and Political Education

兵团红色文化资源形态多样,内涵丰富,具有重要的铸魂育人价值,是高校开展思想政治理论课教学的天然素材和宝贵资源。文章分析了当前兵团红色文化资源融入思政课教学存在的困境,有针对性地提出了应对措施:加强顶层规划设计,构建兵团红色文化资源融入思政课教学的保障机制;加强师资队伍建设,提高思政课教师对兵团红色文化资源内涵的阐释能力;创新教学方式方法,实现兵团红色文化资源与思政课教学的深度融合;深化课外实践教学,激发大学生对兵团红色文化资源的情感认同和心灵共鸣。

The revolutionary cultural resources of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)are diverse in form and rich in connotation,which entails important value of casting soul and educating people.They are natural materials and valuable resources for ideological and political theoretical teaching in universities.The paper analyzes the dilemma of the XPCC revolutionary cultural resources being integrated into the ideological and political education,and proposes some countermeasures.First,we need to strengthen the top-level planning and design and to build a guarantee mechanism for the integration of the cultural resources into the teaching of ideological and political courses.Secondly,we need to strengthen the construction of the faculty,which means to improve the ideological and political course teachers'ability to interpret the connotation of XPCC revolutionary cultural resources.Thirdly,we need to innovate teaching methods to achieve the deep-level integration of XPCC revolutionary cultural resources and ideological and political teaching.Finally,we need to deepen the extracurricular practice teaching to stimulate college students'emotional identification and spiritual resonance of XPCC revolutionary cultural resources.
