摘要
【目的】通过大花序桉不同嫁接方式试验,探索出成活率高、长势良好的嫁接方法,为今后生产和研究提供理论依据。【方法】研究采用截顶留叶皮接(T1)、截顶留叶切接不过髓心(T2)、截顶不留叶切接不过髓心(T3)、截顶留叶劈接过髓心(T4)、截顶不留叶皮接(T5)和不截顶留叶侧接(T6)六种嫁接方式,计算成活率、出芽基部直径、出芽长度、出芽冠幅、SPAD值和N含量,并对各指标进行评价。【结果】T1、T2、T3、和T5处理成活率较低,在10%及以下,T6的成活率为0,T4的成活率最高,达到45.56%。【结论】T4的综合表现最好,可作为最优的嫁接方式。
【Objective】Through the experiment of different grafting methods of Eucalyptus cloeziana F.Muell,the grafting methods with high survival rate and good growth were explored,so as to provide theoret⁃ical basis for future production and research.【Method】Applying the following six grafting methods:cut the apical buds while keeping leaf and bark grafting(T1),cut the apical buds while keeping leaf and cutgrafting not through the medullary heart(T2),cut the apical buds with leaf and cut-grafting not through the medullary heart(T3),cut the apical buds while keeping leaf and split the medullary heart(T4),cut the apical buds with leaf and bark grafting(T5)and not cut the apical buds while keeping leaf and side joint(T6),the survival rate,bud base diameter,bud length,bud crown width,spad value and N content were calculated and evaluated.【Result】The survival rates of T1,T2,T3,and T5 were lower than 10%,the survival rate of T6 was 0,and the survival rate of T4 was the highest,reaching 45.56%.【Conclusion】T4 has the best overall performance and can be used as the optimal grafting method.
