乡村振兴关键在于人才振兴,在一定程度上需要向“人”的方向倾斜,乡村治理关键在于作为主体的人的有效领导和领导者自身具备的领导力。在乡村社会中,新乡贤凭借自身影响力和资源影响力成为乡村人才振兴主体的“领头羊”,在乡村事务执行中拥有超越其他人才的领导力,同时也面临着领导力薄弱的困境。因此在推进乡村社会的发展中,应通过强化思想牵引力、激活亲为的感召力、增强集体的凝聚力、保障高效的执行力、激发契合的创新力等方式加强新乡贤领导力的建设,振兴乡村人才队伍。

The key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents,which needs to incline to the direction of“people”to a certain extent.The key to rural governance lies in the effective leadership of people as the main body and the leadership of leaders themselves.In the rural society,the new rural elites have become the“leader”of the revitalization of rural talents by virtue of their own influence and resource force.They have superior leadership over other talents in the implementation of rural affairs,meanwhile,they also face the dilemma of weak leadership.Therefore,in the process of promoting the development of rural society,it is necessary to strengthen the leadership construction of new rural elites and revitalize the rural talent team by strengthening the ideological traction,activating the appeal of pro-action,enhancing the collective cohesion,ensuring the efficient execution and stimulating the appropriate innovation.
