摘要
互联网医院的兴起推动了医院间信息系统通信的需求,此类通信需经过互联网,面临的网络安全威胁较大,因此设计安全的通信架构有着非常重要的意义。文章根据标准的快速医疗保健互操作性资源(FHIR)协议,探讨了医院间互操作架构以及安全设计要素。首先,提出了FHIR-HIS连接器的设计概念,实现HIS标准化转换。其次,提出了一种全新的基于JWT云端安全认证系统,对医院间的通信进行授权。最后,对网络通信安全要素进行了探讨,提出一种医院间信息系统安全通信的架构。经过原型开发与验证,该设计可以满足医院间通信的技术性和安全性的要求。
The rise of Internet hospital promotes the demand of information system communication between hospitals. This kind of communication needs to go through the Internet, which poses a great threat to network security. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a secure communication architecture. According to the standard fast healthcare interoperability resource(FHIR) protocol,this paper discusses the inter hospital interoperability architecture and security design elements. Firstly, the design concept of FHIRHIS connector is proposed to realize his standardization. Secondly, a new cloud security authentication system based on JWT is proposed to authorize the communication between hospitals. Finally, the security elements of network communication are discussed, and a secure communication architecture of information system between hospitals is proposed. After prototype development and verification, the design can meet the technical and security requirements of communication between hospitals.
