Research on the Development of Network Information Service Quality Evaluation

文章总结和梳理网络信息服务质量评估的起源、发展和现状,分析评估存在的不足,为评估的改进和发展提供参考。运用文献调查的方法梳理网络信息服务质量评估的发展脉络,通过对比总结评估实践,发现当前存在的问题并展望未来的发展方向。指出网络信息服务质量评估在视角选择、模型构建、指标量化、数据采集方面存在的不足,提出网络信息服务质量评估将向细分服务类型渗透、向新兴服务技术延伸、向多元方法拓展、向综合指数突破的方向发展。

This paper summarized and sorted out the origin, development and current situation of Network Information Service(NIS) quality evaluation, and analyzed the shortcomings in evaluation field. It aimed to provide references for the improvement and development of NIS quality evaluation. The method of literature searchingwas used to sort out the development paths of NIS quality evaluation. Through comparing and summarizing evaluation practices, The existing problems were found out and the development trendswere analyzed. It was pointed out that there are shortcomings in perspective selection, model construction, indexes quantification and data collection. The trends of NIS quality evaluation were proposed, such as the evaluation for segmented service types, the evaluation of emerging service technologies, the diversification of evaluation methods, the use of comprehensive evaluation indexes.
