文章针对我国境内电话诈骗发案率逐年增加,严重影响人民正常工作和生活的现状,利用大数据挖掘技术,通过提取诈骗电话特征、筛选模型变量、建立挖掘模型,形成完整的诈骗电话数据挖掘体系,准确识别诈骗电话,构建诈骗电话实时关停系统,为跨省、跨区域联合打击电话诈骗犯罪提供有力的数据支撑。

In view of the fact that the incidence of telephone fraud in China is increasing year by year, which seriously affects people’s normal work and life, this paper uses big data mining technology to extract the characteristics of fraudulent telephone calls, filter model variables, and establish mining models to form complete fraudulent telephone calls data mining system, accurately identify fraudulent calls, build a real-time shutdown system for fraudulent telephone calls, and provide strong data support for cross-provincial and cross-regional joint combat against phone fraud.
