摘要
公安电子围栏直接使用现网的频段和频点对LTE基站的干扰影响比较大,在电子围栏覆盖范围内,上下行速率明显降低,通话质量下降,掉话的情况增加,对用户感知及网络质量造成严重影响。文章通过测试和研究分析,总结出电子围栏干扰“四维优化”方法,最大限度降低电子围栏对LTE网络干扰,保证4G用户业务感知,为公安部门安全防范,打击犯罪,反恐维稳提供有力支持。
The frequency band and frequency point of the current network directly used by electronic fence of Public Security,have a great influence on the interference of LTE base station. Within the coverage of the electronic fence, the uplink and downlink rates, quality of the call are reduced significantly. The dropped calls increases obviously. These conditions have a serious impact on user perception and network quality. Through testing, research and analysis, this article summarizes the "four-dimensional optimization" method of electronic fence interference. This method reduces the interference of the electronic fence on the LTE network, ensures the perception of 4 G users possibly,In addition, provides strong support for public security departments in security prevention, crime fighting, counter-terrorism and stability maintenance.
