摘要
为提高机柜的电磁兼容性并为设备提供良好的使用环境,文中设计了一种基于气液热交换器的二次换热型密闭机柜。首先根据机柜内设备的热耗及使用环境要求,计算散热风量;然后基于机柜及组合插箱的结构形式,设计散热风道。气液热交换器置于机柜底部,前部供风,后部回风。组合插箱后部装有风扇,前部进风,后部出风。冷风从气液热交换器供给各组合插箱,带走热量后由气液热交换器回收并与外部液冷设备进行热交换,从而在机柜内形成与外部环境隔离的散热风道。最后通过ANSYS Icepak软件对机柜进行热仿真和热测试。结果表明:在进出风口温差约为10℃时,该密闭机柜具备2 kW的散热能力,满足设计指标要求;机柜内部风道设计合理,未出现回流、短路现象。测试结果和仿真结果对比表明,仿真误差在5%以内,仿真准确度较高,可为后续设计提供参考。
In order to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the cabinet and provide a good operation environment for the equipment,an airtight cabinet with secondary heat exchange based on a heat exchanger is designed in this paper.First,the air volume for heat dissipation is calculated according to the heat consumption of the equipment in the cabinet and the environment requirements.Then,the wind tunnel is designed based on the structure of cabinet and case.The heat exchanger is placed at the bottom of the cabinet,with air supply at the front and air return at the rear.The rear of the case is equipped with a fan,air in from the front and air out at the rear.The cold air is supplied to each case from the heat exchanger,and the heat is recovered by the heat exchanger and exchanged with external liquid cooling equipment to form a wind tunnel for heat dissipation in the cabinet isolated from the external environment.Finally,the thermal simulation and thermal test are carried out for the cabinet by ANSYS Icepak software.The results show that when the temperature difference between the air inlet and outlet is about 10℃,the airtight cabinet has 2 kW heat dissipation capacity,which meets the design requirements,the design of internal wind tunnel of the cabinet is reasonable and there is no air return or short circuit.The comparison between the test results and the simulation results shows that the simulation error is within 5%and the simulation accuracy is high,which can provide a reference for subsequent design.
