摘要
目的:探索海南省黎族人群Duffy、Diego、Kidd、Dombrock、MNS、Lutheran、Kell、Colton、Scianna、Yt、Knops和Indian等12个红细胞血型系统主要抗原基因频率的分布特征。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性引物法(PCR-SSP)对214名海南省黎族人群12个红细胞稀有血型系统抗原基因进行分型和多态性分析。结果:海南省黎族人群12个红细胞血型系统抗原基因频率为:Duffy血型系统基因频率:Fya=0.9556,Fyb=0.0444;Diego血型系统基因频率:Dia=0.0678,Dib=0.9322;Kidd血型系统基因频率:Jka=0.4533,Jkb=0.5467;Dombrock血型系统基因频率:Doa=0.1051,Dob=0.8949;MNS血型系统基因频率:M=0.8131,N=0.1869,S=0.0327,s=0.9673,Mur+=0.5748,Mur-=0.4252;Lutheran血型系统基因频率:Aua=0.8318,Aub=0.1682;Kell、Colton,Scianna、Yt、Knops、Indian血型系统抗原基因不具有多态性,基因型分别是kk,CoaCoa,Sc1Sc1,YtaYta,KnaKna,InbInb。海南省黎族人群12个稀有血型系统基因型分布的观察值和期望值基本符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传规律,Kidd血型系统基因型的观察值与期望值比较,差别有统计学意义(χ2=17.1946,P=0.0002)。结论:海南省黎族人群12个红细胞血型系统稀有血型基因频率分布、遗传状况保持相对稳定,Duffy、Diego、Kidd、Drombrock、MNS、Lutheran血型系统基因呈多态性分布,与其他地区不同民族相比具有独特的分布特点;Kell、Colton、Scianna、Yt、Knops、Indian血型系统抗原基因呈单态性分布。
Ok^(b)jective:To explore the distrik^(b)ution characteristics of main antigen gene frequencies of Duffy,Diego,Kidd,Domk^(b)rock,MNS,Lutheran,Kell,Colton,Scianna,Yt,Knops and Indian in red k^(b)lood cell k^(b)lood group system of Li nationality in Hainan Province.Methods:Antigens in twelve rare k^(b)lood group systems of 214 Li people in Hainan Province were genotyped and analyzed k^(b)y polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP).Results:The gene frequency of antigens in twelve rare k^(b)lood group systems of 214 Li people in Hainan Province including:the gene frequency of Duffy k^(b)lood group system:Fy^(a)=0.9556,Fy^(k^(b))=0.0444;the gene frequency of Diego k^(b)lood group system;Dia=0.0678,Dik^(b)=0.9322;the gene frequency of Kidd k^(b)lood group system;Jk^(a)=0.4533 Jkk^(b)=0.5467;the gene frequency of Domk^(b)rock k^(b)lood group system:Do^(a)=0.1051,Dok^(b)=0.8949;the gene frequency of MNS k^(b)lood group system:M=0.8131,N=0.1869,S=0.0327,s=0.9673,Mur^(+)=0.5748,Mur-=0.4252;the gene frequency of Lutheran k^(b)lood group system:Au^(a)=0.8318,Auk^(b)=0.1682;the Kell,Colton,Scianna,Yt,Knops and Indian k^(b)lood type systems showed a monomorph and the genotype was kk,Co^(a)Co^(a),Sc1 Sc1,Yt^(a)Yt^(a),Kn^(a)Kn^(a) and Ink^(b)Ink^(b).The ok^(b)served and expected genotype values in twelve rare k^(b)lood group systems of Li nationality in Hainan province were ok^(b)eyed k^(b)y the Hardy-Weink^(b)erg genitic rules.The difference k^(b)etween the ok^(b)served and expectated values of the Kidd k^(b)lood group system showed significant differences(χ^(2)=17.1946,P=0.0002).Conclusion:The genetic distrik^(b)ution and genetic status in twelve rare k^(b)lood group systems of Li nationality in Hainan Province are relatively stak^(b)le.The gene distrik^(b)ution of Duffy,Diego,Kidd,Dromkbrock,MNS and Lutheran k^(b)lood group systems are polymorphic and show unique distrik^(b)ution characteristics compared with other regions and different nationalities.The gene frequency distrik^(b)ution of Kell、Colton、Scianna、Yt、Knops、Indian k^(b)lood group systems are monomorphic.
