高速铁路10 kV电力系统单相接地误报警故障原因分析

摘要 我国某高速铁路客运专线曾发生过一起10kV电力系统单相接地误报警故障,经过现场反复试验、理论计算和综合分析,最终发现这次故障是由于10kV配电所内消弧线圈串接的阻尼电阻被持续短接造成的,本文详述了这次故障的现象、处理经过、分析过程和解决方案,并对消弧线圈设备的设计和生产提出了建议,以期对铁路电力系统运营维护单位和设备厂家有所帮助。 A 10 KV power system single-phase grounding false alarm fault occurred in a high-speed railway passenger dedicated line in China.After repeated field tests,theoretical calculation and comprehensive analysis,it is finally founded that the fault is caused by the continuous short circuit of damping resistance connected in series with arc suppression coil in 10 kV power distribution station.This paper describes the phenomenon,treatment process,analysis process and solution of the fault.The suggestions on the design and production of arc suppression coil equipment are put forward in order to help the operation and maintenance units and equipment manufacturers of railway power system.
