摘要
铁路建设项目施工组织设计中,大型临时设施包含材料场的设置,在概算编制中也作为部分材料运杂费的起运点。随着工厂化的发展,预制梁场、混凝土拌合站、预制构件厂、钢筋加工厂等临时设施的单独设置,材料场逐渐弱化了功能,常常作为小临工程分散设置,造成费用及材料运输方案与设计不匹配的现象。本文通过调研部分在建项目的材料场实施情况,总结实施与设计存在的差异,从铁路运输与公路运输的形势、材料采购方式、工厂化施工的影响等方面进行了深入分析,提出将材料场纳入小临工程,适当调整其他大临工程及部分材料起运点的建议,使设计中的大临设置与材料供应计划更加符合现场实际情况。
In construction organization design of railway construction projects,the setting of material yards is included in the large temporary facilities.It is also used as the departure point for the transportation and miscellaneous expenses of some materials in budget estimate.With the development of industrialization,as well as the separate setting of temporary facilities such as prefabricated beam yard,concrete mixing station,prefabricated component factory and reinforcement yard,the function of material yards is gradually weakened,which are often scattered as small temporary projects.It results in the waste of costs and the mismatch between material transportation plan and design.Based on the investigating of implementation of material yards in some under-construction projects,this paper summarizes the differences between implementation and design,as well as the in-depth analysis of the situation of rail and road transportation,methods of material purchase and the impact of factory construction.It is proposed that the material yards should be included in small temporary projects and appropriately adjust other large temporary projects and the departure point of some materials in this paper.The setting of large temporary project and material supply plan in design process can match the actual situation on site better.
