铁路泥水平衡盾构隧道泥水处理场设置研究

Study on Setting of Slurry Treatment Site for Railway Slurry Balance Shield Tunnel Projects

随着我国铁路建设事业的蓬勃发展,盾构施工技术在铁路隧道工程中运用逐渐增多。泥水处理作为泥水平衡盾构施工的关键工序之一,其重要性不言而喻。本文结合某铁路盾构隧道泥水处理工程实例,简要分析了泥水处理的工作原理、工艺流程、设备配置,并着重从技术和经济角度探讨如何进行泥水处理场设置,包括设置原则、设计方法、工程费用及其主要影响因素,以便为类似项目开展设计提供参考。

With the rapid development of railway construction in China,shield technology has been widely used in railway tunnel projects.Slurry treatment is one of the key procedures of slurry balance shield construction,which occupies an important positon.Based on the slurry treatment design of a railway shield tunnel,this paper briefly analyses the working principle,technological process,equipment configuration of slurry treatment.How to design the slurry treatment site from the perspective of technology and economy are discusses emphatically in this paper,which includes the setting principle,design method,engineering cost and main influencing factors,so as to provide reference for similar project design.
