摘要
目的评估螺旋簧前方扩弓器矫治前段牙弓发育不足的前牙反(牙合)患者的疗效及机制。方法选择乳牙期或替牙期早期上颌前段牙弓发育不足前牙反(牙合)患者20例,采用带螺旋扩大器的上颌(牙合)垫矫治器进行上颌前方扩弓矫治。治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片并测量,进行符号秩和检验。结果经过约5个月的矫治,所有患者的前牙反(牙合)均得到纠正。治疗后SNA、SNPr、U1-NA、U1-PNS、Wits值及上颌牙弓长度均有显著增加(P<0.05)。结论螺旋簧前方扩弓器可以快速纠正乳牙期或替牙期前牙反(牙合),显著增加上颌基骨长度及牙弓长度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of maxillary bite plate combined with screw expander appliance correcting anterior crossbite. Method Twenty cases of anterior crossbite caused by maxillary anterior arch hypoplasia in deciduous or mixed dentition were treated with maxillary bite plate with screw expander appliance. Computerized cephalometric analysis was carried out. Wilcoxon signed-rank test was performed. Result Anterior crossbite was corrected in all patients after 5 months’ treatment. SNA, SNPr, U1-NA, U1-PNS, the arch length and the Wits value increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Maxillary bite plate with screw expander appliance could correct anterior crossbite, promote maxillary base bone and increase dental arch effectively.
