摘要
以D-半乳糖、D-甘露糖、D-木糖和D-乳糖为起始原料,分别经过全乙酰化、乙硫苷化、去乙酰基、苄基保护、水解,5步反应全合成了四种苄基保护的糖类化合物3a~3d,总产率分别为27.2%,23.1%,15.7%,35.4%,其结构经1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,MS表征。
Four benzyl-protected carbohydrates(3 a~3 d) were obtained by the reactions towards five steps of acetylation, ethyl thiolation, deacetylation, benzylation and hydrolysis, using D-galactose, D-mannose, D-xylose and D-lactose as the starting materials. The total yields of four target compounds were 27.2%, 23.1%, 15.7%and 35.4%, respectively. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR and MS.
