2020年我国犯罪学研究述评

A Review of the Research on Criminology in 2020

2020年犯罪学研究成果较为丰富,在一定程度上回应了犯罪治理立法和实践中的热点问题,但是,整体上研究内容分布不均衡,部分成果研究方法不够规范,研究质量亟待进一步提高。我国犯罪学研究需要全方位加强、多学科参与,补齐犯罪学本体研究、犯罪被害人研究、犯罪生物学研究、犯罪防控评估研究、比较犯罪学研究、历史犯罪学研究等"短板",突出环境犯罪学研究、犯罪趋势研究、不同群体青少年犯罪研究、网络犯罪及新技术新行业犯罪研究等重点,注重研究方法的科学性,提高犯罪学研究质量。

The research on Criminology has seen many fruits in 2020, which to some extent responds to the hot issues in theory and practice in the field of crime governance. However, generally speaking, the contents of the research are not evenly distributed, the research methods of some studies are not standard, and there is still room for development in terms of research quality. The Criminology research in China should be enhanced in an all-round way and be enriched by other disciplines. Research on the Criminology noumenon, victims of crimes, crime and biology, crime prevention evaluation, and studies from a comparative or historical perspective should be promoted, and the focus of research should lie in Environmental Criminology, trends of crimes, juvenile delinquency of different groups of youngsters, cyber-crimes, and crimes related to new technologies and new industries. Research methods should be more scientific, and the quality of research should be uplifted.
