深圳纯电动出租车充电设施规划布局研究 被引量:3

摘要 截至2019年底,深圳已累计推广应用纯电动出租车20 000辆,基本全面实现了全市巡游出租车全面纯电动化,"深圳模式"已成为全球出租车行业绿色低碳发展响亮名片。但是,纯电动出租车充电难问题亦逐渐突显,制约了出租车行业进一步高质量发展。本文从问题导向出发,结合未来充电技术发展,提出了城市充电设施服务体系框架;从时间、空间以及用地要求三方面深入分析了纯电动出租车运营特征及充电规律;基于特征规律,提出了出租车充电设施空间规划策略和方法。 By the end of 2019, Shenzhen has promoted the application of 20,000 electric taxis, which has basically realized the exhaustive electrification of the city’s parade taxis. The "Shenzhen model" has become a loud business card for the green development of the taxi industry nationally. At the same time, the difficulty of charging for electric taxis has gradually become more prominent, which has restricted the continuous green and high-quality development of the taxi industry. Starting from the problem-oriented approach, this paper proposes a framework for the service system of urban charging facilities in combination with the development of future charging technology. Then, on the basis of analyzed the operating and charging characteristics of electric taxis in depth from three aspects of time, space and the land requirements, development policy and strategies of taxi charging facilities are clarified as well. Finally, based on the characteristic law, the space planning strategy and method of taxi charging facilities are proposed.
