Factors and Countermeasures of Railway Freight Safety Management

近年来我国铁路运输系统进入到全面快速发展阶段,尤其是2013年铁路系统体制改革后,我国铁路货运系统货发量增长迅速,随着货运作业量的增加,铁路货运安全也面临着很大的挑战。本文围绕当前铁路货运系统安全管理方面所存在的问题进行探讨,就如何有效提升高铁路货运系统安全管理提出建议。

In recent years, China’s railway transportation system has entered an all-round and rapid development stage. Especially after the reform of railway system in 2013, the freight volume of China’s railway freight transport system has increased by leaps and bounds. With the increase of freight traffic volume, the safety of railway freight transport is also facing great challenges. This paper discusses the problems existing in the safety management of the current railway freight transport system, and puts forward suggestions on how to effectively improve the safety management of high-speed railway freight transport system.
