摘要
为解决现有技术存在的应急处置站点规划无章可循、应急资源调度不合理的问题,研究提出了应急处置站点规划模型,进而搭建了由采集子系统、站点规划处理器和调度子系统组成的道路应急处置站点规划与资源调度系统,用于及时发布应急处置站点分布和资源调度方案,并通过车载通信装置将资源调度路线行驶方案传输给驾驶人,提高应急响应效率。
In order to solve the problems of unreasonable emergency response sites planning and emergency resource scheduling in the existing technology, the research proposed an emergency response site planning model, and then built a collection subsystem, a site planning processor, and a scheduling subsystem. The road emergency response site planning and resource scheduling system released in time the emergency response site distribution and resource scheduling plan, and the resource scheduling route driving plan was transmitted to the driver through the on-board communication device, improving the efficiency of emergency response.
