考虑健康损失的城市路网配时优化模型

Optimal Model of Urban Road Network Signal Timing Considering Health Loss

摘要 本文从减少居民因机动车带来的健康损失出发,综合考虑交通分配与城市路网配时优化,对交通系统的健康损失与行程时间进行货币化,建立了优化模型并进行实例分析。分析结果表明,优化之后信号控制交叉口各相位的绿信比更加均衡,有效避免了绿灯时间的浪费,从而降低了整体路网的行程时间损失与路段的健康损失。 Based reducing residents’ health loss caused by motor vehicles, this paper comprehensively considers traffic assignment and urban road network signal timing optimization, monetized the health loss and travel time of the transportation system, established an optimization model and conducted an example analysis. The analysis results show that the green signal ratio of each phase of the signal control intersection is more balanced after optimization, effectively avoiding the waste of green light time, thereby reducing the travel time loss of the overall road network and the health loss of the road section.
