有机更新理论视角下的上海市道路架空线入地整治策略与实践

Strategies&Practices for Renovation of Road Overhead Lines into the Ground in Shanghai from the Perspective of Organic Renewal Theory

随着城市的更新与发展,城市管理工作面临的新问题日益增多。道路架空线主要承载着电力和信息的传输,是重要的市政基础设施。目前,上海市中心城区道路架空线的现状已经不再适应城市发展。架空线入地整治是城市实现环境品质提升的重要手段。结合有机更新理论中的几个方面,对上海市架空线入地整治的策略与工程实践进行研究总结,并为其他城市开展相关工作提供参考。

With the renewal&development of the city,the new problems of urban management are increasing day by day.Road overhead line is an important municipal infrastructure,which mainly carries the transmission of power&information.At present,the current situation of overhead lines in Shanghai downtown is no longer suitable for urban development.The renovation of overhead lines into the ground is an important means to improve the quality of urban environment.Combined with several aspects of the organic renewal theory,it studies&summarizes the strategies&engineering practice of Shanghai overhead lines into the ground renovation,which may provide reference for other cities to carry out relevant works.
