摘要
上海某多层环卫停车场项目采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,存在凹凸不规则、扭转不规则等平面不规则项,侧向刚度突变等竖向不规则项以及局部多塔等,属于超限多层建筑。根据项目的重、难点情况,着重介绍结构设计过程的主要工作,采用概念设计方法进行结构抗震设计,运用YJK和MIDAS BUILDING软件进行弹性对比计算,采用YJK软件进行弹性时程分析以及静力弹塑性分析,并对特殊部位楼板进行应力分析。设计分析结果表明,结构具备良好的承载能力和抗震性能。分析设计过程及结论可供类似工程设计时参考。
Some multi-storey sanitation parking lot project in Shanghai adopts reinforced concrete frame structure system,which has plane irregularity such as concave convex irregularity and torsion irregularity,vertical irregularity such as lateral stiffness mutation and local multi-tower,etc.,and belongs to overrun multi-storey building.Firstly,the key&difficult points of the project are analyzed,and the main work of the structural design process is emphatically introduced.The conceptual design method is used for the structural seismic design.The elastic comparative calculation is carried out by using YJK&MIDAS BUILDING software.The elastic time history analysis and static elastic-plastic analysis are carried out by using YJK software,and the stress analysis is carried out on the floor slab of special parts.The design&analysis results show that the structure has good bearing capacity&seismic performance.The design analysis process&conclusion can provide reference for similar engineering design.
