摘要 针对现役数控车床手动夹紧卡盘的夹持力和可靠性依赖于操作者经验,自动夹紧卡盘在工况下不能自主调控夹紧力的缺陷,设计了一种用于高速数控车床的自适应夹紧装置实验平台。该实验平台既能根据不同工况的加工参数、切削条件等参数动态调控数控车床卡盘的夹紧力,使高速数控加工适应高精度要求,还能开展智能制造类专业群多门课程的实验实训教学,利于塑造学生面向智能制造的技术技能素质。 In view of the defects that the clamping force and reliability of the manual clamping chuck of the existing CNC lathe depend on the experience of the operator,and the automatic clamping chuck cannot independently control the clamping force under working conditions,an adaptive clamping device experimental platform for high-speed CNC lathe is designed.The experimental platform can not only dynamically adjust and control the clamping force of CNC lathe chuck according to the processing parameters and cutting conditions of different working conditions,so as to make high-speed CNC machining adapt to high-precision requirements,but also carry out experimental training teaching of multiple courses of intelligent manufacturing specialty group in higher vocational colleges,which is conducive to shaping students’technical skill for intelligent manufacturing.
