广州社区中老年人动物源性蛋白质摄入与骨密度的关系 被引量:2

The association between the intake of animal protein and bone mineral density among middle-aged and elderly people in Guangzhou community

摘要 目的探讨广州社区中老年人群动物蛋白质的摄入与骨密度的关系。方法基于广州社区营养与健康队列的第1次随访的资料进行横断面分析,共纳入2453名年龄在40~75岁的广州社区居民。采用已验证的79项食物频数问卷收集参加者过去一年的膳食数据。采用双能X线测量全身、腰椎、股骨颈、转子和Ward三角区骨密度。采用多元线性回归探讨膳食动物性蛋白质摄入与骨密度的关系。结果广州社区中老年人群膳食动物蛋白质摄入的平均水平为男性0.53 g/(d·kg),女性0.58 g/(d·kg)。多元线性回归结果显示,动物蛋白质摄入与全身、腰椎、股骨颈和Ward三角区骨密度之间呈负相关(标化β=-0.043、-0.053、-0.086和-0.079),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层分析显示,动物蛋白质摄入水平与骨密度的关系在女性人群中更为明显。结论中老年人群膳食动物源性蛋白质与骨密度呈负相关,且在女性人群中更为明显。 Objective To explore the relationship between the intake of animal protein and bone mineral density(BMD)among middle-aged and elderly men and women in Guangzhou,China.Methods The cross-sectional study was based on Guangzhou Community Nutrition and Health Cohort Study.Total of 2453 men and women aged 40-75 years were included for analysis.Dietary intakes were evaluated by a 79-item validated food frequency questionnaire.Dual energy X-ray was used to measure participants’BMD in the multiple regions including whole body,spine(L1-4),femur neck,trochanter and Ward’s triangle.Multivariable linear regression was applied to examine the relationship between animal sourced protein intakes with BMD.Results The average animal protein intake was 0.53 g/(d·kg)for men and 0.58 g/(d·kg)for women.Results of multivariable linear regression showed a negative correlation between animal protein intake and BMD in whole body,spine(L1-4),femur neck and Ward’s triangle with standardized coefficientsβof-0.043,-0.053,-0.086 and-0.079,respectively(all P<0.05).Stratified analysis by gender showed that this relationship was more obvious in women.Conclusion Our cross-sectional study among middle-aged men and women in Guangzhou suggested that dietary animal protein intake was inversely correlated with BMD of multiple regions with a more evident association being observed in women.
