2019年重庆市渝北区儿童主要照顾者的儿童口腔保健知识水平调查

Survey on children’s oral health knowledge level of primary caregivers,Yubei district,Chongqing city,2019

目的了解重庆市渝北区6~9岁儿童的主要照顾者的口腔知识水平,探讨针对性的口腔健康科普教育方式及内容,促进儿童口腔健康。方法2019年10~12月采用随机抽样方式抽取于重庆市渝北区重庆医科大学附属第三医院口腔门诊就诊的6~9岁儿童的主要照顾者,通过自拟问卷调查方式对口腔健康知识及儿童行为状况进行调查。结果调查580人,回收有效问卷551份。儿童每天刷牙次数2次以上占70.24%(387/551),使用正确刷牙方式的儿童占48.46%(267/551),在刷牙的目的及含氟牙膏的使用上,不同文化程度的主要照顾者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以食用细粮为主的儿童占74.41%(410/551),有21.96%(121/551)的主要照顾者未注意过儿童是否存在不良口腔习惯,有73.50%(405/551)的主要照顾者没有定期寻求儿童口腔健康检查的习惯。结论重庆市渝北区6~9岁儿童的主要照顾者的口腔知识水平较差。

Objective To understand the oral care knowledge level of primary caregivers of children aged 6-9 in Yubei district,Chongqing city,and to explore targeted oral health education methods and contents to promote oral health of children.Methods The primary caregivers of 6-9 year-old children who were treated in the stomatology clinic of the Third affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from October to December 2019,Yubei district,Chongqing city were randomly selected to investigate oral health knowledge and children’s behavior status through self-made questionnaire survey.The software SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 551 valid questionnaires were recovered.70.24%(387/551)of children brushed their teeth more than 2 times a day,48.46%(267/551)of children used correct brushing methods.In terms of the purpose of brushing teeth and the use of fluoride toothpaste,there were statistically significant differences among primary caregivers of different educational levels(P<0.05).Children who mainly consumed fine food grains accounted for 74.41%(410/551),21.96%(121/551)of primary caregivers had not paid attention to whether children have bad oral habits,and 73.50%(405/551)of the primary caregivers did not have the habit of seeking children’s oral health examination regularly.Conclusion The primary caregiver of children aged 6-9 years have poor oral knowledge in Yubei district,Chongqing city.
