A Research Summary of Topic Discovery Methods Based on Topic Model

主题发现研究是web2.0时代信息分析的重要方式,如何从海量的信息和数据中挖掘出有价值的关键信息是研究的热点。本文基于主题模型的角度,针对传统主题发现的基本原理和主要研究方法,对以LDA为例的主题模型应用和扩展研究进行了梳理和特点分析,最后介绍了基于主题模型的主题发现研究最新技术,并对该领域的发展趋势进行展望。

Topic discovery research is an important way of information analysis in the web2.0 era.Mining valuable key information from massive information and data is a hot issue of topic discovery research.From the perspective of the topic model and based on the basic principles and main research methods of traditional theme discovery,the application and expansion of the topic model using LDA as an example were analyzed.Finally,the latest technology of topic discovery research based on the theme model was introduced,and the development trend of this field is prospected.
