一种抗病毒抗菌针织面料的开发及生产

摘要 采用30%天茶纤维,65%棉莫(70%莫代尔、30%精梳棉),5%氨纶交织编织一种抗菌针织面料,探讨定形工艺条件和染色工艺条件对织物抗菌效果(洗涤50次)的影响。同时对该面料进行抗病毒整理,研究抗病毒整理对面料抗菌及抗病毒效果的影响。结果表明,198℃、20~26 m/min预定形,60℃染色,酸性皂洗剂JF-001皂洗时,面料的抗菌性最好;抗病毒整理剂的使用进一步改善面料的抗菌性能,同时抗病毒的性能达到99.37%,且耐洗涤性好;大生产实践表明,整理后色牢度以及甲醛等指标均符合要求。 The rapid spreading of COVID-19 in the world has caused serious loss of lives and property.This paper develops one kind of antiviral and antibacterial knitted fabric by using 30%Tentea fiber,65%cotton and model(blended by 70%model and 30%cotton),and 5%spandex interweaving,and analyzes the effect of setting technological conditions and dyeing parameters on anti-bacterial properties,especially those of after 50 times of washing.The results show that under the conditions of 198℃and 20~26 m/min presetting,60℃dyeing and employment of acid soaping agent JF-001,the fabric can achieve best anti-bacterial property.On the other hand,The employment of antiviral agent can further improve the fabric’s anti-bacterial property,and the antiviral property can also reach 99.37%with good resistance to washing.Meanwhile,the fastness and formaldehyde content has reached the international advanced level by optimization of the dyeing process.
