毛衫袖窿高效收针系统设计

摘要 为优化毛衫成形中传统收针搭配方案与袖窿形状之间的配合,研发一套基于Visual Basic语言的毛衫袖窿高效收针简易CAD设计系统,该系统结合传统的直线分配法、拼凑分配法、调整多段分配比例及鼠标绘图编辑的方式。详细阐述收针系统设计思路、系统界面参数设计及框架绘制、收针系统程序设计。经实际应用测试,该系统可灵活编辑各个收针点的位置,调整各段收针针数和转数,实时显示收针工艺,操作简单,有效提高了设计效率。 One kind of simple CAD system for design of sweater armhole based on Visual Basic is developed for matching the conventional narrowing method and armhole curves.The system involves the comprehensive usage of determining directly each narrowing segment,arranging two narrowing segments,adjusting distribution of multisegment narrowing technology,and drawing with mouse.The system design process,human-machine interface process parameters,the drawing of sweater framework and system programming are introduced.The testing shows that the narrowing point can be flexibly edited,the needle number and turning number of each narrowing segment can be adjusted according to user’s needs.All the narrowing technology can be real-time displayed.The system can be operated easily,which can improve the design efficiency.
