通过建立基于信息化平台的医疗设备零备件储备共享模式,降低医院对于医疗设备零备件的库存压力,提升物流速度,增加采购的工作效率和效益。总结医疗设备零备件现有的供给规律、辅助信息共享的模式,同时开发出信息化共享平台,这样就建立一套基于信息化的且包含储备共享模式的平台。随着零备件信息共享平台的建立,可以实现相关信息的共享,科学、合理经济地将行业内闲置的医疗设备零备件的相关信息进行共享,其中涉及到备件型号的查询、处理信息的发布及服务获取等。在不增加人员和配备专门储存库房的情况下,实现医疗设备零备件的共享使用,也很大程度上节省了医院的运营成本。

To reduce inventory pressure of hospital caused by medical equipment spare parts, and improve logistics speed,efficiency and procurement effectiveness by the establishment of medical equipment spare parts storage-sharing model based on information platform. A set of information-based storage-sharing model platform was established based on the existing supply rules of medical equipment parts, auxiliary information sharing mode and information sharing platform. The established sharing platform provides shared information about spare parts in medical institutions, which involves inquiries about spare parts models, processing information release and service acquisition in scientific, reasonable and economical way. The platform realizes the spare parts sharing of medical equipment with no need of additional personnel and special warehouse, which reduces hospital operating costs.
