摘要
为提高复叠式压缩制冷系统的低温制冷性能,采用R1234yf为工质,对三种回热器设置方式的复叠式压缩制冷系统进行能量分析和[火用]分析。结果表明,三种回热器设置方式都可以提高系统性能,其中高低温级同时设置回热器对系统性能提高最多,COP可提高12.21%,[火用]效率可提高11.68%;其次为仅设置高温级回热器时,COP提高10.69%,[火用]效率提高10.57%;仅设置低温级回热器时,系统COP和[火用]效率提高最少,分别提高2.29%,1.98%。
In order to improve the low-temperature refrigeration performance of the cascade compression refrigeration system, R1234 yf was used as the working refrigerant, energy and exergy analyses were performed on the cascade compression refrigeration system with three regenerator settings. The results show that all three types of regenerator settings can improve system performance. Among them, setting the regenerator at the same time for the high and low temperatures can improve the system performance the most, COP can be increased by 12.21%, and the exergy efficiency can be increased by 11.68%. The second is that when only the high temperature regenerators are installed, COP is increased by 10.69% and the exergy efficiency is increased by 10.57 %;When only low-temperature-grade regenerators are installed, the system COP and exergy efficiency increase the least, increasing by 2.29% and 1.98%, respectively.
