基于数字化分析的文创产品包装印刷面积控制方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现文创产品包装印刷面积控制的稳定性,提出基于数字化分析的文创产品包装印刷面积控制方法,建立文创产品包装印刷面积控制的约束参量模型。采用模糊控制律进行文创产品包装印刷面积控制过程寻优,采用传感器识别方法进行文创产品包装印刷面积扫描和点跟踪识别,通过失稳误差补偿的方法进行文创产品包装印刷面积控制过程中的参数修正和误差补偿,结合自适应参数融合和耦合控制的方法进行文创产品包装印刷面积控制,采用数字化分析的方法进行文创产品包装印刷面积控制过程中的精度跟随控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行文创产品包装印刷面积控制的稳定性较好,提高文创产品包装印刷过程中的输出精度,在文创产品包装印刷中具有很好的应用价值。 In order to realize the stability of the area control of packaging and printing of cultural and creative product,a digital analysis-based control method is proposed.A constraint parameter model of packaging and printing area control of cultural and creative products is established.A fuzzy control law is adopted to optimize the control process.A sensor identification method is adopted to scan and track packaging and printing area.Parameter correction and error compensation in the process of controlling the packaging and printing area are carried out by the method of instability error compensation.The packaging and printing area of cultural and creative products is controlled by the method of adaptive parameter fusion and coupling control.The precision following control in the process is carried out by the method of digital analysis.Simulation results show that the stability of using this method to control packaging and printing area of cultural and creative products is good,and the output accuracy is improved.It has good application value in packaging and printing of cultural and creative products.
