紫外线自动检测及消毒系统设计

摘要 由于消毒环境的变化,常规消毒制度很难满足现场紫外线消毒要求,要么消毒不足,要么过度消毒。针对上述问题,结合微控制器设计了紫外线自动检测消毒系统。系统可实现现场紫外线自动检测,并根据检测结果及时调整辐照度和消毒时间,以满足现场消毒要求。此外,融入了递减算法抗干扰措施,提高了系统自动检测精度。该设计为紫外线消毒设备及系统的改造提供了参考,具有一定的应用价值。 Due to the change of disinfection environment,the conventional disinfection system cannot meet the requirements of ultraviolet disinfection,either insufficient disinfection or excessive disinfection.Aiming at these problems,combined with microcontraller,an automatic ultraviolet detection and disinfection system is designed.The system can realize the automatic detection of ultraviolet rays on site,and adjust the irradiance and disinfection time according to the detection results,so as to meet the requirements of disinfection on site.In addition,the system integrates the anti-interference measures of the decreasing algorithm to improve the automatic detection accuracy.The design provides a reference for the transformation of UV disinfection equipment and system,and has a certain application value.
