摘要 针对改性环氧化学浆液灌浆修复施工技术具有修复裂缝美观、修复工序少、修复质量好等优势,以濮阳特大桥跨越金堤河工程为背景,就改性环氧化学浆液灌浆修复施工技术的应用要点进行探析。结果表明,大型拱桥施工难度比较大,裂缝是大型拱桥比较常见的质量通病,对桥梁的美观性、使用寿命、使用的安全性都有较大影响。采用改性环氧化学浆液灌浆修复施工技术,能够很好地控制裂缝对大型拱桥造成的不良影响,充分发挥大型拱桥的价值和作用,值得大范围推广应用。 Considering that the grouting repair construction technology of modified epoxy chemical grout has the advantages of beautiful repair cracks,less repair procedures,good repair quality and so on,the project of Puyang Bridge crossing Jindi River is taken as the background to explore the application points of the grouting repair construction technology of modified epoxy chemical grout.The results show that the construction of large-scale arch bridge is difficult,and cracks are common quality defects of large-scale arch bridges,which have a great impact on the aesthetics,service life and safety of the bridge.Application of the grouting repair construction technology of modified epoxy chemical grout can well keep the bad effects of cracks on large arch bridges under control and give full play to the value and function of large arch bridges,which is thus worthy of wide application.
