二次受力下HPFL加固RC方柱抗震性能影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Seismic Performance of RC Square Columns Strengthened with HPFL under Secondary Load

摘要 为了研究加固横向钢筋配筋特征值、加固层厚度、加固纵筋配筋特征值和轴压比等因素对二次受力下高性能复合砂浆钢筋网(HPFL)加固RC方柱抗震性能的影响,首先以HPFL加固RC柱的低周往复试验为基础,利用ABAQUS中的“生死单元”设置建立了二次受力下HPFL加固RC柱的有限元模型,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了模型的有效性,然后针对二次受力下不同参数的HPFL加固RC方柱有限元模型的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力曲线、承载力和延性系数等指标进行对比分析。分析结果表明加固横向钢筋配筋特征值为0.082,0.164和0.328时,构件承载力的提高幅度为3%,8%和14%,延性系数的提高幅度为89%,109%和118%;加固层厚度为20mm,30mm和40mm时,构件承载力的提高幅度为3%,11%和14%,延性系数的提高幅度为89%,90%和118%;加固纵筋配筋特征值为0.082,0.191和0.3时,构件承载力的提高幅度为2%,3%和4%,延性系数的提高幅度为57%,89%和79%;轴压比为0.8时二次受力下HPFL加固RC方柱的延性系数依然达到了5.2,构件具有较好的延性。 In order to study the influence of transverse reinforcement characteristic value,reinforcement layer thickness,longitudinal reinforcement characteristic value and axial compression ratioon seismic performance of RC square columns strengthened with HPFL under secondary load,the folloming experiments and analysis are made.Firstly,the finite element model of RC columns strengthened with HPFL under secondary load is established by using the“model change”setting in ABAQUS based on the low-cycle load experiment of RC columns strengthened with HPFL,and the validity of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experiment results.Then,the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation capacity curve,carrying capacity and ductility coefficient of the finite element model of RC square columns strengthened with HPFL under secondary load with different parameters are analyzed.The results show that:when the transverse reinforcement characteristic value is 0.082,0.164 and 0.328,the increasing range of carrying capacity is 3%,8%and 14%,and the increasing range of ductility coefficient is 89%,109%and 118%;when the reinforcement layer thickness is 20 mm,30 mm and 40 mm,the increasing range of carrying capacity is 3%,11%and 14%,and the increasing range of ductility coefficient is 89%,90%and 118%;when the longitudinal reinforcement characteristic value is 0.082,0.191 and 0.3,the increasing range of carrying capacity is 2%,3%and 4%,and the increasing range of ductility coefficient is 57%,89%and 79%;when the axial compression ratio is 0.8,the ductility coefficient of RC square columns strengthened with HPFL under secondary load still reaches 5.2,and the member has good ductility.
