昆钢重型装备集团31.5MN液压锻造车间消防设施改造设计

摘要 昆钢公司积极响应国家号召,深化供给侧结构性改革、加快新旧动能转换、推动企业迈向高质量发展,坚持走延伸产业链、循环经济、科技引领、绿色发展、产城融合的新发展之路,将原有关停后的老旧钢铁生产厂房改造成现代化的钢铁深加工生产基地。在老旧厂房改造中,消防给排水系统设计是需要关注的重点内容。本文以原昆钢第一炼钢厂厂房改造为液压锻造车间为例,对消防给排水系统在改造设计中存在的问题进行分析并提出相应设计方案。 In response to the call of the state,Kunming Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has deepened the structural reform of the supply side,accelerated the transformation of the old and new kinetic energy,promoted the high-quality development of the enterprise,adhered to the new development road of extending the industrial chain,circular economy,science and technology leading,green development and industry city integration,and transformed the old iron and steel production plant into a modern iron and steel deep processing production base.In the reconstruction of old factory buildings,the design of fire water supply and drainage system is the key content to be concerned.In this paper,the original No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Kunming Iron and steel company is transformed into a hydraulic forging workshop as an example,the problems existing in the transformation design of the fire water supply and drainage system are analyzed,and the corresponding design scheme is put forward.
