This paper introduced the establishment of a scientific,accurate and comprehensive management system for production,sales and transportation of power generation by-products in thermal power plants by using enterprise office LAN and 4G,5G mobile Internet.The system can realize the business process of payment,factory audit,queuing,weighing,ash loading and settlement of power generation by-product vehicles,make the production,sales and transportation management of power generation by-product more standardized,institutionalized and scientific,reduce the intervention of human factors,put an end to all kinds of cheating on site,and improve the company's operating efficiency.
