炉水循环泵电机腔室温度高原因分析与处理

摘要 炉水循环泵中电机腔室的温度升高是当前锅炉工作中面临的主要问题之一。在国家新能源集团国神府谷电厂中所使用的发电机组锅炉配置有三台德国KSB(凯士比)炉水循环泵,当装置工作时,电机腔室内部温度发生异常变化,呈现出持续升高的趋势,最高曾达到55℃。在以炉水循环泵实际运行参数和电机解体之后的情况为基础做综合化分析后发现,电机底部的滤网处存在大量黑色状的黏稠物,经过有关人员检测后证实该物质为三氧化二铁以及四氧化三铁的混合物,腔室温度在清除杂质后得以恢复,但后续仍会出现温度升高问题,并且杂质再次出现。为此,本文对该情况进行分析,希望借此可以给相关单位提供一定借鉴。 The temperature increase of the motor chamber in the boiler water circulating pump is one of the major problem in the boiler work.There are three sets of Germany KSB pumps of boiler water circulating in Guoshen Fugu Power Plant of National New Energy Group.When the device is working,the temperature inside the motor chamber changes abnormally,showing a trend of continuous increase,with the highest temperature reaching 55℃.Based on the actual operation parameters of the boiler water circulating pump and the situation after the disassembly of the motor,it is found that there are a lot of black viscous substances at the bottom of the filter screen of the motor.After the detection by relevant personnel,it is confirmed that the substance is a mixture of ferric oxide and ferric oxide.The chamber temperature can recover after removing the impurities,but the temperature will still rise later and impurities appear again.Therefore,this paper analyzed the situation,hoping to provide some reference for the relevant units.
