外贴CFRP内置格构式钢骨螺旋箍筋混凝土柱在地震荷载作用下有限元分析

摘要 提出一种高强的外贴CFRP内置格构式钢骨螺旋箍筋混凝土柱,以螺旋箍筋配箍率、纵筋强度、碳纤维层数和长细比为变量,研究此类柱在往复荷载作用下的力学性能,发现三层环向约束下的混凝土柱承载力提高,抵抗变形的能力提高。结果表明:螺旋箍筋约束效果高于普通箍筋约束,配箍率越高,延性系数越高,抗震性能越好;纵向受力钢筋选用高强钢筋,延性系数提高,变形能力增强;外贴CFRP布对提高极限承载力的效果明显,外贴一层提高17.6%,外贴两层提高18.8%;长细比对其影响较大,应避免长细比过大。 This paper proposes a high-strength concrete column with externally affixed CFRP and built-in lattice steel spiral stirrups.The ratio of spiral stirrups,the strength of longitudinal reinforcement,the number of carbon fiber layers,and the slenderness ratio are variables to study the effect of such columns on reciprocating loads.Under the mechanical properties under the three-layer hoop constraint,the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of the concrete column are improved.The results show that the confinement effect of spiral stirrups is higher than that of ordinary stirrups.The higher the stirrup ratio,the higher the ductility coefficient and the better the seismic performance.The longitudinally stressed steel bars are high-strength steel bars,which increase the ductility coefficient and enhance the deformation capacity.The external CFRP cloth can significantly increase the ultimate bearing capacity,the external one is increased by 17.6%,and the external two-layer is increased by 18.8%;the slenderness ratio has a greater influence on it,and excessive slenderness ratio should be avoided.
