摘要
为促进河南省绿色建筑建设发展,搜集2011-2019年绿色建筑发展数据,并运用GIS对其空间发展进行测算。分别选取GDP、人均可支配收入、绿色建筑发展政策等6项指标作为投入指标,绿色建筑面积和商品房销售额作为产出指标,构建DEA模型用于测算河南省绿色建筑发展效率。结果表明:河南省绿色建筑发展整体具有规模效率,但各地区技术效率差异明显,需因地制宜合理发展河南省绿色建筑。
In order to promote the development of green building construction in Henan Province,we collected data on green building development from 2011 to 2019 and measured its spatial development by using GIS,and selected six indicators such as GDP,per capita disposable income and green building development policy as input indicators,and green building area and commercial house sales as output indicators,and finally constructed DEA model to measure the green building development efficiency in Henan Province.The results show that the overall green building development in Henan Province has scale efficiency,but the technical efficiency of each region varies significantly,and it is necessary to develop green buildings in Henan Province reasonably according to local conditions.
