摘要
为解决现有自动投放装置探头一次性装载数量不足,难以满足密集化、网格化的海洋调查需求等问题,本文提出了具有投放单元扩展功能的多枚XBT/XCTD自动投放与测量控制系统设计思想。系统由投放控制前端、通信控制与数据采集中端、供电单元后端和上位机软件4部分组成,可根据任务需求对前端数量进行增减。在提出硬件方案后,对系统的软件流程进行了设计。通过测试验证了系统硬件工作的可靠性,对发现的软件故障进行了机理分析。优化后的试验结果表明:系统能够实时响应上位机的控制指令,自动识别XBT和XCTD探头类型,实现多枚探头的自动投放,具有探头装填数量多、投放效率高、实用性好等特点,为不同海况下海洋水文的密集化、自动化剖面观测提供了技术基础,具有重要的应用价值。
In order to solve the problem that the one-time limited probe load of existing automatic launch device is difficult to meet the demand of intensive and grid ocean survey,this paper puts forward the design idea of multi-XBT/XCTD automatic launch and measurement control system with the function of launcher extension.The system consists of a launch and control front end,a communications control and data acquisition middleend,a power supply unit back end and upper computer software,the quantity of the front end in the system can be increased or decreased according to task demand.After putting forward the hardware scheme,the software flow of the system is designed.Then the reliability of the system hardware is verified by testing,and the mechanism of software fault is analyzed.The testing results after optimization show that the system can response to the control instruction from host computer in real time,identify XBT and XCTD probe types automatically,achieve the automatic launch of multiple probes,and has the characteristics of large probe loading quantity,high efficiency and good practicability,providing a technical basis for intensive and automatic profile observation of marine hydrology under different sea conditions,and thus having important application value.
