数字供应链视角下的国际陆港大数据服务平台构建研究

Construction of International Inland Port Big Data Service Platform from the Perspective of Digital Supply Chain

在数字化浪潮的席卷下,供应链正朝着数字化方向发展。国际陆港作为内陆地区最大的现代物流操作平台,聚集了诸多业务参与单位和功能载体,其物流服务在朝着供应链化方向升级的同时也面临数字化转型。文章从数字供应链的内涵、特征出发,结合国际陆港在我国的发展现状,指出数字供应链视角下的国际陆港大数据服务平台建设就是构建国际陆港数字供应链服务平台,提出了系统平台建设的要领,并结合国际陆港与外向型经济的发展契合,提出了系统平台的整体架构及物流基础服务层、贸易供应链服务层和增值服务层的建设内容,最后针对项目的实施提出了推进建议。

The supply chain is developing in the direction of digitization under the digital wave.As the largest modem logistics operation platform in the inland area,the international inland port has gathered many business participating units and functional carriers.Its logistics services are being upgraded in the direction of supply chain and are also facing digital transformation.Taking the development status of international inland ports in China into consideration,this paper points out that the construction of an international inland port big data service platform from the perspective of digital supply chain is to build the digital supply chain service platform of international inland port based on the connotation and characteristics of the digital supply chain.The system platform construction essentials is proposed.In addition,the overall framework of the system platform is put forward combined with the development of international inland ports and export-oriented economy.The construction content of basic logistics service layer,trade supply chain service layer and value—added service layer are also defined.In the end,the project implementation proposal is suggested.
